About this Course

This course will be an absorption into Srila Prabhupada’s mood & teachings; especially how it can be maintained and applied in modern scenarios. Through quotes & examples from the life of His Divine Grace the participant will learn about his style of management – managing oneself, the people in one’s charge & organizational development; allof these being within the realms of spiritual development.

Aims

To help participants understand and develop loyalty to SrilaPrabhupada’s vision for ISKCON’s growth

    1. To help participants reflect on how SrilaPrabhupada’s mood & teachings can be maintained and applied in changing times & technologies.
    2. To help participants understand and imbibe SrilaPrabhupada’s style of management i.e. learning from SrilaPrabhupada’s instructions & actions on several relevant themes:
      • Self Leadership
        1. Leader should be Exemplary- apaniacariprabhujiverasikhaye
        2. Time Management- Prioritizing, Multi-Tasking etc.
    • Great Zeal & Determination to do something great for Krishna against all odds
    • People Leadership
      1. Cooperation & team work (with room for spiritual competition)
      2. Involvement: Consulting everyone concerned/ open for opinion of others
    • Following line of authority & protocols (eg. SP himself raised hand for voting in GBC)
